Children ages 12 and under can color the picture any way they’d like. Entries will be judged on creativity and coloring skill. Use of crayons, colored pencils, markers or paints are all acceptable.

All entries must be submitted no later than midnight November 30, 2017 . Two winners will be announced based on the following age categories:
- Age 6 & Under
- Age 7-12

By submitting an entry, you agree to be bound by the following Official Contest Rules:
1. This is a skill-based contest and chance plays no part in the determination of winning. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not increase your odds of winning.
2. Contest is open to residents of Summit & Stark County. Parental consent is required if selected as a potential winner. Void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law.
3. To enter, print out the image and color it in using any medium you’d like. Once complete, scan or take a picture of the creation and email it to [email protected]. You can also send us your entry via postal mail at Hybrid Heating & Cooling, 1509 Massillon Rd. Akron, OH 44306. Please include child’s name and age as well as parent/guardian’s full name, address, email & contact information. Any entries missing the above requirements will be immediately disqualified.
4. Entry must be received by Hybrid Heating & Cooling no later than 12:00AM EST on July 31, 2017 by email or U.S. Mail. Limit one (1) entry per person. Hybrid holds no responsibility for lost, late or misdirected entries, or incomplete/incorrect entries.
5. All entries must be original and entirely created by the entrant. There are no restrictions on what an entrant can use to color the image.
6. Entries will be judged by a panel of Hybrid employees. Each entry will be judged on 50% creativity and 50% coloring skill. One winner from each age group (6 and under and 7-12) will be determined by the judges in their sole discretion. The decisions of the judges will be final and binding in all respects.
7. One (1) winner in the 6 and under age group; one (1) winner in the 7-12 age group will be selected on or about July 31, 2017.
8. Prize: One $100 toy store gift card will be awarded per winner per age group. Each entrant will receive a free ice cream cone to a location chosen by Hybrid Heating & Cooling.
9. Noncompliance or return of prize, may result in disqualification and selection of an alternative potential winner.
10. In the event of insufficient entries for an age group, a winner may not be chosen for that age group.
11. Hybrid employees, retailers and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
12. All entries become the property of Hybrid Heating and may be used or reproduced in any manner and for any purpose by Hybrid Heating & Cooling without additional consent or compensation, and will not be acknowledged or returned.
13. By participating, Contest entrants: (1) represent that they have complied with these Official Contest Rules; (2) grant Hybrid Heating & Cooling the right to use his or her name, city, state, and likeness, (3) release Hybrid Heating & Cooling from any and all liability in connection with this Contest, (4) agree to execute an affidavit of eligibility/prize acceptance form and publicity release if requested to do so, all without further compensation.
