Just had Hybrid replace our furnace and air conditioning unit. Great customer service. Everyone was friendly and professional from beginning to end. We love our new unit, we have never been this comfortable in our house. I would recommend Hybrid to anyone who is looking for help with their heating or cooling issues.

Dan came out today, on short notice, to refill our freon. 2 years in a row, Blind & Sons claimed we didnt have freon. Last year Blind & Sons claimed no leak after testing and refill. Put locks on because they said they claimed someone was "huffing" our freon. Now same problem this year, and Blind & Sons wanted to charge more than 2x than last year (not counting the actual cost to repair component that is leaking)?! Hybrid came out, and tested and refilled FOR LOWER THAN LAST YEAR'S COST! Dan was thorough, professional, and friendly. Thank you Dan, Hybrid now has new permanent customers in us. My wife and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone who needs a quality HVAC company.

I called and Hybrid came within the hour! The service man was nice and honest! Hybrid helped me out a while ago with another issue and did not take advantage of me because I'm a woman. Much appreciated! I will always call you guys!
